Synopsis: Drama. The film centres on a valuable violin which is up for auction in Montreal; the instrument becomes the centrepiece which links together several stories.Synopsis: In 17th century Cremona, a master craftsman makes a violin for his unborn child. When tragedy strikes and his wife and child die, he adds their blood to the varnish of the instrument.
